5th grade will be taking a break from robotics during April. The "Funky Fridge" project was fun and very challenging. We broke down our robots and did inventory to get ready for our next project.
In May, we will have a "Dance Off" that hopefully will wrap up the year with lots of fun. Each student will program a robot to "cut the floor" for 2 minutes. Students can perform alone or ask for a partner or create a group. Mrs. Fleming and I will try to create a dance for each class to perform together.
The students will each have a robot to work with for this project. This will give everyone a chance to be creative and learn a little more about programming. Students may also decorate the robot for the performance.
